Q. Hello, J. Brown! We appreciate your time spent speaking with us. The first question we have for you is, "What first drew you to making beats?
A. Around the age of 17, I began playing music, which has been a desire of mine since I was 11. Juice WRLD, Eminem, and N.W.A. were my main influences when I first started listening to music. I created my own sound since I knew I couldn't create the same songs. I bought my first microphone, but I didn't actually start releasing songs until I was ready. By the age of 18, my music began to advance.
A. Juice WRLD and Dro Kenji are mostly my musical influences since I related with their songs on a deep level. I've looked for music I love, and in eighth grade I discovered Juice, with whom I instantly connected. Later on, I discovered Dro, who simply has his own sound and wave, and I instantly fell in love with that. I can only listen to and like two musicians nonstop.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. My biggest accomplishment to date has been my growth. It hasn't been perfect, but I've gained new fans and followers, and my streams have occasionally gone bonkers. I'm happy that people genuinely appreciate and admire my work. I receive direct messages from fans who tell me that my music is unique and doesn't sound like that of other artists. And I agree with that because I've always wanted to create my own music and that's what I'm doing right now.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. Damn five years, I have no idea since I don't think about the future that way; instead, I concentrate on the present to make sure I'm okay and see how it advances me. Nonetheless, I do expect bigger and better things in five years.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. Push forward till your dream becomes a reality. And I want to express my gratitude for your support in helping me release more music; I truly do love you all.
