A. Music has always had a profound impact on my life. As a child, I found myself singing in the choir, and my grandma's constant RnB tunes filled our home as she cleaned. As I grew older and started spending time with my older cousins, I began developing a strong interest in rap music.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. For me, Future and Kanye West are true trailblazers and iconic figures in the music industry. I hold a deep admiration for Kanye, particularly because of his unique and thought-provoking approach to everything he does. He genuinely infuses a part of himself into his music, making it relatable to so many people. On the other hand, Future is like a rare gem that emerged from humble beginnings. He worked tirelessly to rise from the bottom and establish his dominance in the music scene. Seeing their journeys inspires me greatly, and I am determined to follow in their footsteps, striving to make my mark in the industry just like they did.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. The most significant milestone in my career was when one of my songs reached 10,000 views shortly after its release a few years ago. It was a pleasant surprise since I hadn't actively promoted it. However, when I reflect on it now, I view it as just a steppingstone in my journey. I have adopted a mindset of constantly seeking the next opportunity and challenge. That particular achievement fueled my determination to keep creating more music and pushing myself further.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. When I envision my life five years from now, I see myself in a state of financial stability, where I have built a solid foundation for my future. I imagine my music career flourishing, with one hit after another, creating a continuous stream of success. More than that, I picture myself living an authentic and fulfilling life, embracing each moment with gratitude and joy.
Q. What is One Message You Have for Your Fans and supporters?
A. No matter what aspirations you have in life, it's crucial to commit and concentrate wholeheartedly. By dedicating yourself to the present moment and putting in the necessary work, you set yourself up for reaping the rewards of your efforts in the future. It's about embracing the mindset of investing your time and energy now, knowing that the fruits of your labor will be there to be enjoyed and savored in due time.
