A. Since I was a toddler, I've been fascinated by music and the creative process, partly influenced by my dad, who was an underground rapper in Louisiana. Growing up in such an environment fueled my passion for music even more. As I got older, I began collaborating with my dad on music projects, experiencing the joy of creating music together. However, as time went on, I realized the desire to forge my own path and express my unique artistic vision independently. Embracing my independence in music allowed me to explore my creativity freely and carve out my own musical identity, which has been an incredibly rewarding journey.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. I have a diverse taste in music, and there are several artists who have deeply resonated with me. Men I Trust is one of my favorites; I admire how their music is both calming and beautiful, offering a unique sense of tranquility. Another artist I absolutely love is BKtherula; her vibe and style captivate me, making her my favorite female artist. And of course, XXXtentacion's powerful messages have left a profound impact on me, and I hold his music and artistry in high regard. I tend to gravitate towards the underground music community, as I find their creativity and authenticity to be truly inspiring. Discovering and supporting lesser-known artists brings me joy, as I appreciate the diversity and depth of expression within this community. Overall, my passion for music extends beyond mainstream artists, and I am constantly seeking meaningful and unique voices within the underground music scene.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. In 2022, I had the incredible opportunity to perform at a special event dedicated to the youth, where I could showcase my music and connect with the younger audience. It was an inspiring experience to be able to share my artistry and passion with others, and I cherished the chance to make a positive impact on the youth through my music. Additionally, during that time, I was recognized for my versatility and uniqueness as an artist. An article was written about me, highlighting my distinct style and ability to explore different genres and sounds in my music. The recognition of my creativity and authenticity was truly rewarding, and it motivated me to continue pushing the boundaries of my artistry and expressing my true self through my music.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. In five years, I envision myself residing in a spacious and beautiful house, which I will have purchased in a serene location surrounded by nature. Embracing the tranquility and beauty of nature will be a significant aspect of my dream home, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This vision motivates me to work hard and strive for financial success, as I look forward to creating a harmonious and fulfilling life in my nature-inspired abode.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. One message I want to convey to my supporters is that it's absolutely okay to be different. Embracing our uniqueness and individuality is something to be proud of. Finding self-love and acceptance is a journey worth embarking on, as it allows us to fully appreciate and value ourselves. It's crucial to become aware of our true selves, embracing our inner essence and understanding who we really are. This path of self-discovery and authenticity leads to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
