Q. Good day, vanii! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is How did you get into making music?
A. I’ve always had a deep passion for music, but it wasn’t until one of my friends showed me how to use GarageBand with Apple headphones that I began to explore music creation. From that point on, my journey in music just kept progressing
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. At the outset, Lil Tecca was my primary influence, as I felt a strong connection to his music. However, as I’ve started to define my own sound, I’ve drawn inspiration from artists like Lucki, Destroy Lonely, Yeat, and Lil Yachty. These artists impress me with their unique styles and the way they’ve continuously evolved their music while maintaining success. I believe I’ll follow a similar path due to my versatility. Yeat has also played a significant role in shaping my creativity, encouraging me to experiment more with autotune and create innovative sounds.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. While I haven’t achieved any major career milestones yet, I’ve recently started releasing my music on various platforms.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. In five years, I envision myself on tour, sharing my music with fans across the world.
