Q. Good day, Kiid Tut! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is What made you want to become a musician?
A. The first song I ever made was a gospel song. I begged my older brother to let me put a verse on his track so I could perform with them at a church event. I got into rap because my dad does poetry, and I write poems a little too. Watching my brother and cousins make music while growing up, I just picked up on it naturally. I consume all kinds of music and love everything about creating it.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. My biggest influences are my big brother ABEEZY, Nipsey Hussle, The Weeknd, Hunxho, and Deebaby. Honestly, I influence myself a lot too. I consume so much music that I don’t have one artist I listen to the most. I play my own music a lot.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. One of my biggest highlights was performing at SXSW and opening up for ASAP Rocky.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. In 5 years, I see myself being a multi-millionaire with multiple platinum records and at least five real estate properties. I’ll be very established and one of the hardest artists to ever touch hip hop. I might even be in Dubai or something.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. I’d tell them to continue manifesting positive energy into the universe and practice visualizing their dreams and goals until they feel tangible and clear.
