Q. Good day, Soy! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is What made you want to become a musician?
A. Around 2020 during Covid. I was stuck in Atlanta for the entire lockdown, so out of boredom, I started making music. It became a passion once I found out I was any type of good.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. My musical influences include a wide variety of artists ranging from Juice WRLD to Babytron, to Queen and Michael Jackson. They all have something in common and that’s real-life talent. No one will ever be able to replicate what these people did and how they did it.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. My biggest career highlight was walking into a random college party and getting permission to shoot an absolute movie. I had the entire place jumping. That’s when I knew it was possible.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. In 5 years, I see myself in some hotel room across the way, celebrating my milestones all night even though I have a show the next day.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. One message I have for my fans and supporters is to “Experience.” Everyone experiences things differently; how did your experience go?
