A. I got into music because of the tragedies and situations in life that forced me to grow up. The things I’ve been through, I speak about them as a form of therapy. I know there are people out there in the same spot who need that motivation to rise above the pain and move forward until they find themselves.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. My musical influences are Young Slo-Be, NBA YoungBoy, YFN Lucci, Lil Phat, and Kevin Gates. It’s mostly because of the passion in their voices, which made me realize that all I needed to do was turn my voice into a powerful image and sound. Their music speaks to the young lifestyle and the emotional numbness that comes with life’s experiences.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. One of my biggest career highlights was receiving a feature with the late Young Slo-Be—shout-out to his brother/manager for making that happen! Another highlight was the lead intro to Dirty Thirty 2 called “Endo,” which has over 25k streams across all platforms. Lastly, being able to sit down and fully enjoy my latest album, Life Before Fame, was a huge moment for me. I was finally able to be 100% honest with myself.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. In five years, I see myself doing more than just music—I want to own land, have properties, and give back to the community that shaped me and sparked my passion. I also want to get into acting and films, but most importantly, I see myself becoming wealthier than the average wealthy person.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. The album is coming soon. I know I haven’t dropped an album since November 2023, but I’m going to make it up to you all with this one. That’s a promise—tell ‘em to catch up with me.
