Q. Good day, Penutty! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is What made you want to become a musician?
A. Both of my older brothers were heavily into music when I was young and have coached me over the years.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. Polo G, Juice WRLD, Lil Keed, J. Cole, because I just like their wordplay and the creativity of their styles—how they’re able to paint you a real picture with their music.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. Really just getting to travel and see the world while waking up doing what I love.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. I’ll probably be moved away from my little hometown or somewhere around it but still far from it, living out my goals and enjoying the fruit I planted.
