Turning His Pain Into Motivation: A Conversation With Young Music Sensation Fullyloaded Kd

Q. Good day, Fullyloaded Kd!
We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is how would you describe your sound to someone who’s never heard your music before?

A. I would describe my sound to someone who’s never heard my music before as very versatile and real. I can switch it up from raw, hard-hitting bars to more melodic and emotional tracks. No matter the vibe, I make sure my music reflects my life, my thoughts, and what I’ve been through. If someone’s never heard me before, I’d say my sound is a mix of energy, pain, motivation, and truth. It’s music you can feel.

Q. Is there a specific song in your catalog that you feel defines who you are as an artist? Why that one?

A. One song that I would say really defines me as an artist is “Oso.” That track captures my mindset, my struggles, and my drive all in one. It’s personal, but it’s also relatable—anyone who listens can feel the energy and the story I’m putting out. To me, it’s more than just a song; it’s a statement of who I am and what I stand for in my music.

Q. If you could collaborate with any artist, living or dead, who would it be and why?

A. If I could collaborate with any artist, living or dead, I’d want to collaborate with SahBabii because of his unique sound and creativity. He’s fearless with his style, and I respect that. His energy matches the vibe I go for in my music, and I feel like a collab would bring out something fresh and different. I also have a lot of respect for Erykah Badu for how she blends soul, emotion, and artistry in a way that’s timeless. Both would be dream collaborations for different reasons—one for current creativity and energy, the other for legendary artistry and inspiration.

Q. What's the biggest risk you've taken in your career so far, and what did you learn from it?

A. The biggest risk I’ve taken in my career has been fully investing in myself, even when it meant cutting off certain people I love. I had to sacrifice comfort and relationships to stay focused on the bigger picture. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me that growth requires tough choices. Believing in myself, protecting my energy, and surrounding myself with the right people is what allows me to keep moving forward.

Q. If this interview was the last thing someone read before listening to your music, what would you want them to know?

A. If this interview was the last thing someone read before listening to my music, I’d want them to know that my music is real and shaped by my pain. Everything I’ve been through—the struggles, the sacrifices, and the lessons—built the sound I have today. When you press play, you’re not just hearing a song, you’re stepping into my world. My music is about turning pain into motivation and truth, and I want listeners to feel that energy and know they’re not alone.
