The Journey Is Just Beginning: An interview With Tae Prync on How Music Became His Voice

Q. Good day, Tae Prync!
We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is, how did you get into making music?

A.got into music as a way to express what I couldn’t always say out loud. It started as therapy—turning relationships, real-life experiences, pressure, wins, and losses into sound. Over time, it became purpose. Music gave me a voice and a lane to tell my story my way. Plus, I’ve just been musically inclined since I was young.

Q. Who would you say are your musical influences and why?

A. My influences come from artists who weren’t afraid to be honest and evolve—artists who mixed emotion, confidence, and vision, like Tank, Frank Ocean, and Future. I study how they created worlds, not just songs. That inspired me to build a sound that blends real feelings with ambition and elevation.

Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?

A. My biggest highlight so far is seeing my music connect with people who relate to it. Every stream, message, and supporter reminds me that the vision is real. Watching my brand and sound grow independently has been a major win for me. I love networking with underground artists.

Q. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

A. In the next five years, I see myself fully established as an artist and creative brand—touring, building businesses around my music, and creating opportunities for others. I want longevity, ownership, and a legacy that goes beyond just songs.

Q. What is one message you have for your fans and supporters?

A. One message I have for my fans and supporters is thank you for believing in me before the world fully catches on. Keep chasing what’s yours, stay locked into your purpose, and never let doubt stop you. This journey is just getting started.
