Interview With Musical artist Staggy: Music Taking Listeners to Ethereal Realms

Q. Good day, Staggy! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is How did you get into making music?

A. My dad had me when he was only 15, so from a very young age, he introduced me to artists like Wayne, Tech N9ne, Eminem, and similar musicians. It was an early exposure to their music, and I'm grateful for the experience he shared with me. These artists became an essential part of my musical journey, and their influence has played a significant role in shaping my own taste in music.

Q. Who are your musical influences and why?

A. My biggest musical influences throughout my journey have undoubtedly been Chief Keef, Peep, and Wayne. Each of these artists has left a profound impact on my music, and their unique styles and sounds have played a crucial role in shaping my own artistic expression. From Chief Keef's raw and authentic approach to Peep's emotional depth and Wayne's unparalleled lyrical prowess, I've drawn inspiration from their work and incorporated elements of their artistry into my own music. They continue to be a driving force behind my creative process and passion for making music.

Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?

A. There's an indescribable feeling when I'm able to pour my pain, passion, or whatever emotions I'm experiencing at that moment into my lyrics. It's a cathartic and therapeutic process, allowing me to express myself authentically through my music. But the true magic happens when I perform live, witnessing the impact of my words on the audience. Seeing people connect with my songs, feeling what I'm saying, and singing the lyrics back to me is incredibly gratifying. It creates a special bond between the audience and me, and it reminds me why I'm so passionate about making music – to connect with others on a deep, emotional level and share our experiences through the power of music. It's a profound and humbling experience that keeps me motivated to continue creating and performing.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

A. Absolutely, numbers and external success may fluctuate, but your passion for making music will remain unwavering. Regardless of the outcome, you're committed to staying true to yourself and continuously creating music. It's about the love for the art form and the personal fulfillment that comes from expressing yourself through music. Even if it never reaches a wide audience or achieves commercial success, your dedication to your craft remains constant. Music is an essential part of who you are, and you'll keep working at it because it brings you joy and fulfillment. That passion and dedication are what truly matter in the long run.

Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?

A. Absolutely, it's essential to be there for the people who love and support you, but it's equally important to prioritize self-care and well-being. In the hustle and bustle of life, it's easy to get caught up in taking care of others and forget to check in with ourselves. However, self-care is crucial for maintaining a healthy and balanced life. Taking some time for yourself allows you to recharge, reflect, and nurture your own needs and emotions. It's not selfish; it's necessary for your own mental and emotional well-being. By taking care of yourself, you'll be better equipped to be there for others and offer genuine support and love. Remember to listen to your own needs, engage in activities that bring you joy, and give yourself the time and space to process your own feelings. Balancing being there for others and taking care of yourself is key to leading a fulfilling and meaningful life.
