Q. Good day, Cese! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is How did you get into making music?
A. I always had this inner feeling that music was my calling, even as a kid. However, it wasn’t until a few of my high school buddies decided to give music a shot that I thought, “Why not?” I jumped into it, but I didn’t take it seriously until much later in life.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. When it comes to my musical inspirations, I’d have to mention Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Kendrick Lamar, Brent Faiyaz, among others.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. One standout moment in my journey was when I had the opportunity to open for D Savage. It might seem small compared to what’s on the horizon, but at that time, performing in front of around 150 people was a significant milestone. Shoutout to D Savage, as he’s another artist who’s had a significant influence on me.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. My ambitions? Well, I’m thinking global, straight up.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. To all those aspiring artists out there, here’s my message: Keep pushing forward, regardless of what anyone tells you. If you have a vision, remember that nobody but yourself can truly stand in your way.
