Q. Good day, RipsWrld! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is How did you get into making music?
A. my music journey started just two years ago. It hit me that I’ve always turned to music to cope with emotions and problems that lingered in my mind. Despite facing heartbreak, I’ve come to understand that everything happens for a reason, and the people and situations in our lives are lessons we can either grow from or stay stuck in a cycle with. I began free-styling at 17, initially just for fun by myself and on Instagram Live. Music didn’t become a true passion until I experienced genuine pain and felt the urge to use my own music to heal souls. My musical tastes evolved from rock to rap and hip-hop around the age of 12 or 13. My journey led me to put in the hard work, honing my skills in vocalizing my emotions while free-styling and even performing live shows.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. I discovered artists like Trippie Redd, Lil Uzi Vert, XXXTentacion, and Juice Wrld that I truly connected with the music. Juice Wrld’s tracks felt like they were speaking directly to my own life and relationship struggles, and his raw emotion resonated with me deeply.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. After releasing a couple of songs, I had the chance to open for Trippie Redd in front of a sold-out crowd of 3,000 people. The experience was electrifying, and I got the audience to chant “the party never ends” out of respect for Juice Wrld.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. I have big goals for myself and my people. In the next five years, I envision us living in L.A., doing shows, tours, and creating content. I also aim to invest in real estate to ensure we never have to struggle again.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. For anyone listening to my music or unsure of their path, I want you to know that if you truly want something for yourself and those around you, you’ll discover it. Live up to your full potential, never let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve anything, and remember that this world is yours. I promise to prove it, and I’m sending love to everyone. Be smooth.
