Q. Good day, zxy! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is What made you want to become a musician?
A. Growing up, I was more of an introverted person and didn’t really fit into any specific group or crowd. While I had friends, I often felt alone and disconnected. One day, during an Xbox party chat, one of my cousins shared his songs with me. Seeing how he expressed himself through music inspired me to become an artist.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. My musical influences are Kanye West and XXXTentacion. I’ve always respected both for different reasons—from Kanye’s unique style and thought process to X’s profound mindset. They have both inspired who I am today.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. There have been several highlights, such as connecting with various underground and mainstream artists like “TheHxliday,” touring with DJ Crazy, and opening my own music studio business. Additionally, launching my mental health clothing line, Latnem, in partnership with one of the largest nonprofit mental health organizations in New Jersey, selling out shows, and giving back to the community through my brand.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. In five years, I envision myself headlining sold-out tours and collaborating with industry artists and professionals. I aim to have Latnem clothing stores worldwide, establishing it as a top global brand. My music will reach millions, touching and inspiring souls worldwide. I also plan to expand my music studio and eventually launch a successful record label.

A. Do it for yourself, because I promise it’ll get better.
