An Interview With 9MilWill: Music’s Next Game-Changer

Q. Good day,
9MilWill! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is How did you get into making music?

A. I started off rapping in school bathrooms every day and slowly moved up through BandLab. I taught myself to self-engineer starting in my junior year of high school.

Q. Who are your musical influences and why?

A. Big Yavo and MoneyMan are some of my biggest musical influences right now. Every time I listen to them, I feel as if I am being empowered to get shit done and to lock in on my grind. That’s how I want to make others feel with my music.

Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?

A. In 2024, I had a party campaign where I threw a party every single night over the summer. I threw over 50 parties, performing in front of a crowd of at least 150 people every single night. However, I ended up getting arrested for a party I threw that unknowingly took place in a vacant house, and I spent two months in jail because of it. Due to the conditions of my legal situation, I can no longer do that until my legal problems have been cleared up.

Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

A. I see myself in a mansion, driving around in a McLaren whenever I’m not on tour. I promised myself in high school that I would go on tour for the first time before I turned 21, and I plan on taking as many steps as possible toward reaching that goal.

Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters.

A. Proverbs 4:23 — “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
