Q. Good day, Azale! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is How did you get into making music?
A. I’ve loved music for my entire life. I’ve been rapping since I was literally 4, for real. Not saying I was that great, lol, but doing it my entire life—it would be crazy if I still wasn’t any good, right?
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. It’s hard for me not to take influence from everywhere because I love so many different sounds and have an open mind. If I’m being honest, literally all the GOATs have influenced me to want to be the one to influence myself and keep things as me and genuine as possible.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. I’ve yet to say my biggest career highlight. There are so many things that have happened, so many cool people I’ve met. But if I’m being completely honest, I’ve met a lot of people—but when I became friends with samadsavage, the entire way I seen sh*t changed. My work ethic changed. My creativity is changing. He definitely inspires me, so HUGE shoutout to him.
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. In 5 years from NOW… I’m gonna be one of the known best musicians. And not just through this underground sh*t—I’ma get where I need to be so I can take care of all my people and put my friends on like they helped me along the way.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. The only message I ever have to everybody who crosses my path is: be you and be the best version of you. Being genuine and always being yourself will ALWAYS put you in the right spot. Stick to your morals and stay open-minded to new ideas.
