Q. Good day, Spazzz Mula! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is, how would you describe your sound to someone who’s never heard your music before?
A. When it comes to describing my sound to someone who’s never heard my music before, I feel I have a gritty voice but with a smooth flow.
Q. Is there a specific song in your catalog that defines who you are as an artist? Why that one?
A. Two specific songs in my catalog that define who I am as an artist—I feel like people should listen to—are “PERFECT PAIR” and "MOOD." Both tracks tell a story and give a love/heartbreak vibe that I really aim for. I like making real music, not drill—something everyone can relate to.
Q. If you could collaborate with any artist, living or dead, who would it be and why?
A. If I had the opportunity to do a collaboration with any artist, it would be G Herbo or Nika Baby. I don’t really hear anyone else on my songs that can match my vibe.
Q. What’s the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career so far, and what did you learn from it?
A. The biggest risk I’ve ever taken with music so far has been moving back to my hometown to network and to try living on my own.
Q. If this interview was the last thing someone read before listening to your music, what would you want them to know?
A. If this interview were the last thing someone read before listening to my music, I would want them to know that I'm a young rapper who is reserved, but when I rap, I give it my heart and I tell my story. You can hear pain in my voice, and I’m only getting better. I don’t want to be a drill rapper—I want to be a real rapper.
