Q. Good day, Pharaoh Misfitt! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is how did you get into making music?
A. I got into making music due to the influence of my mother, who herself was a singer and used to sing around the house a lot. I was also in the school choir. I started writing poetry in 7th grade, where I met my best friend, SuppaDuppa Dan, and joined his rap team.
Q. Who would you say are your musical influences and why?
A. Musicians such as Tupac Shakur, Eminem, Pretty Ricky, and Earth, Wind & Fire have always influenced me due to their uniqueness and boldness.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. The biggest career highlight I have had so far has been seeing my growth from where I started to now—especially in my lyrics and creativity.
Q. Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
A. In the next five years I see myself continuing to grow as an artist and in business.
Q. What is one message you have for your fans and supporters?
A. When it comes to the message I have for both my fans and supporters, it is to chase the dream, apply pressure, and never give up.
