Q. Good day, Iso5! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is, how would you describe your sound to someone who’s never heard your music before?
A. I would describe my sound to someone who’s never heard my music before as a sound that is for everyone. I have music out that's music for everyone. I have songs in my catalog that are like, if this one doesn't get you, I've got one that will.
Q. Is there a specific song in your catalog that you feel defines who you are as an artist? Why that one?
A. A song currently in my catalog as of right now that defines who I am as an artist is called “Broken Heart.” It also has my bro BluuGawd on it as a feature, and it’s the one song that changed how I did music.
Q. If you could collaborate with any artist, living or dead, who would it be?
A. If I had the opportunity to work with any artist, I would have to pick three to be honest. Drake, Lil Wayne, and Future.
Q. What's the biggest risk you've taken in your career so far, and what did you learn from it?
A. The biggest risk I've taken in my career thus far has been a time where I gave total control over my music, but I now realize I should have had my stuff in order first.
Q. If this interview was the last thing someone read before listening to your music, what would you want them to know?
A. If this interview were the last thing someone read before they heard my music, I would tell them to enjoy life, escape in the music, and be themselves.
