Q. Good day, YFLRJ! We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us. The first thing we want to know is What made you want to become a musician?
A. Music has always been a part of my family. I was in choir from elementary school, but I started making music because my older brother, YFLSuave, was already involved in it.
Q. Who are your musical influences and why?
A. My biggest musical influence is definitely my older brother, Suave.
Q. What has been your biggest career highlight so far?
A. Performing at South By Southwest 2022 and being part of the “act ii: Date @ 8 From The Block Performance.”
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. In five years, I envision myself touring the world, managing a roster of talented artists signed to Y4L, and running a successful clothing brand.
Q. What Is One Message You Have for Your Fans and Supporters?
A. My message is to follow your dreams and take action. Don’t let others discourage you because your life and choices are ultimately up to you. You have everything you need to make a difference, so go out there and make your mark.
