A. I would describe my sound to someone who’s never heard my music before as an immaculate experience. There are so many versatile styles in how I approach a beat. It’s like a superpower—reading and adapting to transitions, knowing when to switch things up and elevate my voice.
Q. Is there a specific song in your catalog that defines who you are as an artist? Why that one?
A. When it comes to a specific song in my catalog, I don’t think there’s one song that defines me as an artist. I don’t want to box my sound into one lane. I’ve got an arsenal of different vibes. For party and uptempo tracks, there’s “Cook Up” and “Off Da Porch.” If you want something more melodic, there’s “Perc Girl” and “Stuck On You.”
Q. If you could collaborate with any artist, living or dead, who would it be and why?
A. If I could collaborate with any artist right now, I’d choose NoCap because his metaphors hit hard. Shordie Shordie would be a great collab too since his melodies never miss. I’d also work with 147 Calboy, along with my producer Gerry WTF, and Ukunkown, since we’ve already created a lot of great music together.
Q. What’s the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career so far, and what did you learn from it?
A. The biggest risk I’ve taken in my career so far has been trusting people. Some people have the gift of talking but nothing to back it up. I’ve learned that trust is necessary to grow, but you always have to stay aware and make sure everything is being handled properly, especially when someone is managing opportunities or holding important pieces of your career.

A.
